10 – Dried red chillies
5 – Cloves of garlic
2 inch – Piece of ginger
1 tablespoon – Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon – Salt
2 tablespoon – Lemon juice or vinegar
Fresh coriander for garnishing (optional)

How to Make Momo Chutney :

1. Soak dry red chillies in hot water for about 15-20 minutes. it becomes soft.

2.Now wash and clean all the tomatoes. Bring a pot of water to a boil.

4. Drain the tomatoes and place them in a bowl of cold water to cool. Once cooled, peel the tomatoes and keep them aside.

6. Add garlic and ginger to the pan and fry until fragrant and lightly golden.

7. Drain the soaked red chillies and add them to the pan with the soaked tomatoes. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes begin to break down, about 10 minutes.
