Ingredients You Need for mint chutney

How To Make Mint Chutney:

1. First of all, clean a mixer grinder properly.

2. Now break about 10 to 15 grams of soft mint leaves, wash them thoroughly in water, drain the water completely and put it in a grinder jar

3. Break about 15 to 20 grams of Soft Coriander leaves, wash them thoroughly in water, drain the water completely and put it in a grinder jar।

4. Add 1 Small Garlic Clove ¼ Inch Ginger And 1 to 2 Green Chilies in the Same Grinder jar.

5. Add 1/3 tablespoon Of Salt and ½ Tablespoon Of Sugar.

6. Now Add 1 Tablespoon of Yogurt. Do not Use Runny yogurt. Use Chiled And Thick Yogurt For Better test.

7. Now it's time to grind everything that is in the jockey. So turn on the grinder jar and start grinding.

8. Now on the second side, add some roasted cumin and chaat masala to a cup of pearl curd and beat it well with the help of a masher or a spoon.

9. Now mix this curd into chutney together. which we have ground in the jar

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar (Optional)
  • 1/3 Teaspoon Salt (White)
  • 1 Tablespoon Yogurt (Thick & Fresh)
  • Ingredients For Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Yogurt (Thick & Fresh)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon roasted cumin (Optional)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chaat Masala (Optional)

  1. First Clean mixer grinder properly.

  2. Add 15 to 20 Mint and Coriander leaves In Grinder Jar.
