Mango chutney is the epitome of a traditional Indian flavour. It is a sweet and spicy delicious chutney which makes the food even more delicious. To make mango chutney, ripe mango without peel, salt, sugar, cumin, coriander powder, red chilli powder, fennel and vinegar are used. All the ingredients have to be mixed and boiled and then cooled and stored in a jar.
Its most distinctive feature is the use of a special Bengali spice mixture called ‘Panch Phoran’. This type of chutney served with mango chutney bread, pakoras and other dishes. Its taste with the aroma of cumin touches the heart.
Ingridance:

- 2 large – ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 cup – white sugar
- vinegar
- 1 small – onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup – raisins
- 2 – cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp – fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp – mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp – ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp – ground coriander
- 1/4tsp – ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp – red chilli pieces
- 1/2 tsp – salt
How To Make Mango Chutney Recipe :
Step by Step Direction

Step 1. First of all we have to take two big Mangos, One Onion, One Jalapeño Pepper, one Red Bell Pepper, one or two Clove of Garlic And A little Piece of Ginger. Then wash them well and Chopped into small Pieces.

Step 2. Now take a pan on gas Stove and add Chopped Ingredients in the pan. keep the flame low.

Step 3. add ground cinnamon, ground coriander, ground cloves and ground cardamom And little red chili if you like Spicy

Step 4. Add Some Vinegar, sugar, And Salt to make it Delicious

Step 5. Now Add Some Water ( 1/2 Cup )

Step 6. mix All The Ingredients and cover with a lid for 20 minutes at low flame

Step 7. Check out thikness of Chutney If it is thin, let it cook a little more on low flame.

Step 8. Your Chutney is ready , remove from hit, let Cool and Refrigerate for eat anytime you want.

Now take a pan and add sugar and grated amba in the pan.keep the flame low.
